The portfolio of the Hamburg publishers is extended to the “ANIKIDS“ series – an echo of the great marketing success of the strategy and construction simulation "My Pet
Hotel".
2006
An important milestone: In 2006 dtp young entertainment GmbH & Co. KG was founded as a self-standing subsidiary of dtp entertainment AG. The 2001-created “Horse & Foal“ label in tow, the
young company quickly makes a name for itself in the children’s software field.
More than one million girls between the ages of 8 and 14 groomed their horses, trained their dogs and cats or built up a successful pet hotel. In front of the computer and on handheld – the children’s software branch booms with horse and pet games. Its front-runner : dtp young. The portfolio of the publisher grows ever more.
2007
Along with “Horse & Foal“ and “ANIKIDS“ the series “Classics To Go“ and strong licences such as “Germany’s next Topmodel“ are launched. At the same time a
partnership with the Ravensburger game publishing house develops, from which exciting titles emerge. So, for example, the THINK® Logic Trainer has been a best-seller in the Nintendo DSTM-Charts
in Germany, Austria and Switzerland since 2007.
With 22.5 %, dtp young is the market leader of the “Children’s games, children’s software and child learning software“ segment.(Source: GfK media control, Infotainment/Non-Games, KW 1-52/ 2007,

great love, fashion and leisure-time fun. After the first four years of its existence, now not just girls between the ages of 10 and 12, but teenage girls, boys, young women and families are
found in the Hamburg publisher’s games again.

2012
dtp young becomes TREVA Entertainment.
TREVA was the name of an ancient settlement located close to where the river Alster joins the Elbe, now the site of modern day Hamburg. TREVA enjoyed an advantageous position at the crossroads of important trade routes linking northern and southern regions. “This is why we chose the TREVA name, we are located in Hamburg and see ourselves as a hub acting for national and international trading partners across the games industry”, offers General Manager Thomas Baur in explaining the choice of the new company name.
